Privacy Policy

Brightly (CONXECTIFY LLC dba Brightly, "Brightly," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: [email protected].

Information We Collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account
  • credentials, order history, researcher affirmation, and anything you send us in support messages or reviews.

  • Payment information: processed securely by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.
  • Brightly does not store full card numbers.

  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages
  • visited, clicks, referring URLs, time on site, items added to cart, and abandoned-cart sessions used to trigger reminders.

  • Marketing data: your opt-in status for marketing email and your responses to campaigns.

How We Use Your Information

  • Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and manage your account and any active subscriptions.
  • Provide customer support and send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping/tracking,
  • subscription and renewal notices).

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting
  • obligations.

  • With your consent, send marketing email, and personalize your experience.
  • Advertising: measure and serve relevant ads, including retargeting you on third-party platforms (see
  • "Cookies & Advertising" below).

Cookies & Advertising

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Site, remember preferences, analyze performance, recover abandoned carts, and deliver advertising. This includes analytics and advertising pixels from third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Reddit) that let us retarget you with Brightly ads on those platforms and measure their performance. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and opt out of ad targeting as described under "Your Choices & Rights."

Sharing Your Information — and What We Don't Do

We share personal data only as needed to run Brightly:

  • Service providers: payment processors, our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, and our email
  • and analytics platforms — only to deliver your orders and operate the store.

  • Advertising partners: the ad/analytics platforms above, via cookies and pixels, for retargeting and
  • measurement.

  • Legal: when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.
  • Business transfer: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice.

What we will never do: We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not license or sell your data to data brokers or use it to train AI/ML models. Some U.S. state privacy laws treat cookie-based ad targeting as a "sale" or "share" of data — you can opt out of it at any time (see below).

Marketing: Email

If you opt in, we may send promotions, product updates, and order/subscription notices. Unsubscribe from marketing email anytime via the link in any message. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about your orders.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, PCI-compliant payment processing, and restricted internal access to customer data. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy — including providing your account, completing orders, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations — after which we securely delete or anonymize it.

Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you;
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • Opt out of marketing, and **opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of your data for cross-context behavioral
  • advertising** (you can do this by adjusting cookie settings, using a Global Privacy Control browser signal, or emailing us);

  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of sale/sharing and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Children's Privacy

Brightly is restricted to adults 21 and older and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices — review their policies before sharing information.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; changes take effect when posted with a revised date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
