All Site content — text, graphics, the Brightly name and wordmark, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to CONXECTIFY LLC dba Brightly and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish it without our written permission.
Assumption of Risk & Indemnity
You represent that you are knowledgeable about the safe handling, storage, and risks of research materials and that you will handle, store, and use them only in a controlled research setting. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Brightly, its owners, members, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Misuse of the Products, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or any statements or claims you make about the Products.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A COA is not a warranty of fitness. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightly's total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the Product(s) at issue, and Brightly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any Product shall be resolved by

These Terms, together with the Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies, are the entire agreement between you and Brightly and supersede prior agreements. You may not assign these Terms; Brightly may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
