Shipping Policy

Brightly (CONXECTIFY LLC dba Brightly) ships within the United States only. (No international shipping.) We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, to street addresses and P.O. Boxes.

How Your Order Is Packed

Products ship ambient — lyophilized powder and nasal spray, no refrigeration. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature well beyond normal transit, so no cold packs are needed. Vials ship cushioned in sturdy, plain, discreet packaging.

Processing Time (set by Brightly)

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days. Free, included on every order.
  • Expedited processing: $9.99 — orders placed before 1:00 PM CT on a business day are
  • dispatched the same business day; orders after the cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

  • If Brightly misses the expedited window, the $9.99 fee is automatically refunded. No need to ask.

Processing time is how fast we get your order out the door. Total delivery time also depends on the shipping carrier and speed you choose.

Shipping (carrier chosen by you)

At checkout you select your carrier and speed. Carrier cost is shown separately from processing. Estimated transit once shipped: Standard 5–7 business days (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage), 2-Day 2–3 business days, Overnight next business day. *For fastest delivery, pair expedited processing with a faster carrier service.*

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
  • Brightly+ members: free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
  • Faster services (2-day, overnight) are paid by the customer at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Protection (opt-in)

You may add shipping protection at checkout for $8.99–$14.99 depending on order value. It covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages. It is never pre-selected — you choose to add it. We honor valid claims quickly.

Lost, Delayed, Stolen, or Damaged

  • Carrier delays are outside Brightly's control; estimated transit times are not guaranteed.
  • If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first; if you purchased
  • shipping protection, contact us and we'll handle the claim.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email [email protected] within 7 days with
  • photos and your order number and we'll make it right.

Accurate Address

You're responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of ordering and before the order ships.
